Temporary Assignments

 

Part Time Payroll Clerk required for our Blackpool based client.  Candidates must have previous payroll experience, and be able to use Sage Line 50.  Book-keeping experience would be an advantage. Appox. 20 hours per week (neg).

Legal Secretary
required for the Blackpool area.  Candidates must have previous experience.  Various assignments available both long term and short term.

 

Planning Assistant  based in Blackpool. Candidates must have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Main duties are liasing with sub contractors, scanning of paper documents and day to day administration support. This role is temporary with a view to becoming permanent. Office hours. Immediate start.

 

Permanent Positions

 

Purchase Ledger Clerk required in the Blackpool area.  Candidates must have working knowledge of Sage Line 100 and Excel. Duties will involve data entry, processing purchase orders and delivery notes.  Studying AAT would be an advantage, but not an essential to the role.

 

Part- time Accounts Person based in the north of Preston. Candidates must have a working knowledge of Sage. Duties involve; VAT returns, year end reports and general accounts duties. Office hours 3 days per week or possibly school hours. Excellent hourly rate £10.50 per hour.   

 

Business Administrator based in Thornton-Cleveleys. Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills.Preferably candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. Main duties will be to maintain and archive documents, operating switchboard and various day to day administration tasks.         Salary 14k, private healthcare, office hours - no evenings or weekends.  

 

Customer Service Representative based in Preston. Candidates will ideally have previous customer service experience coupled with PC skills.  Main duties will be to arrange appointments, deal with both inbound and outbound calls and any associated admin tasks. Salary £13-14K + bonus, free parking, no weekends or evenings.

 

Sales Co-ordinator based in Preston. Candidates must have a proven customer service background with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Main duties will be to manage their own caseload of work, dealing with inbound and outbound calls whilst achieving agreed business targets. Salary £12-13.5k + bonus, free parking, no evenings or weekends.

   

Internal Sales Person based in Blackpool. Candidates must have at least 2 years telesales experience, good PC skills. Dealing with new business and existing accounts. Excellent salary offered.

 

Store Manager working within a retail environment based in the Preston area. Main duties are to maintain a high quality of store operation and customer satisfaction. The role also involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams. Excellent salary offered.
