All candidates put forward to the client undergo an extensive interview, to establish career history, personal attributes, expectations and ambitions. The STAFF AGENCY endeavours to match the client’s requirements by putting forward only suitable applicants who have declared a committed interest in the position and the recruiting company. Our scale of fees only comes into place when the successful candidate commences employment with you. No placement – no fee.

On a temporary basis, there are obvious advantages to be gained by letting The STAFF AGENCY help to ‘fine-tune’ your flow of work, which we know only to well can fluctuate on a daily basis.
During busy peak periods, sick, maternity / paternity or holiday leave, we can supply a temporary member of staff to cover, to get the job done and therefore keeping your own existing permanent workforce stress-free.
Furthermore, should the demand lessen, the assignment can be terminated, you are in charge, you decide when or not, help is required.
Cost – effective
Subsequently, money can be saved by using temporary staff as you are only charged for the hours worked. (Lunch breaks, time off, sickness, extended leave due to maternity, paternity etc are not charged for!) National Insurance contributions and PAYE deductions are dealt with from our accounts department and therefore do not involve your own staff with costly administration. We also ensure our temps are paid holiday pay, in accordance with current legislation, accrued from day one. There is no extra charge to our Client Companies. Temporary staff can also reduce your overtime payments. Also you will find our rates very competitive (available on request) and, of course, all our temporary rates do incorporate the Working Time Directive regulations.

Good temps can often find themselves offered permanent positions after the completion of a short-term contract. The relationship between applicant and employer has already been successfully established. The temporary worker knows the working practices and scope of the job, while the employer has first-hand knowledge of the skills and aptitude of the applicant concerned. You, the client, really know what your future employee is like in your workplace. - this is not something that can be determined from a CV.
